That first clip is of the Austin skyline and is down the street from the OG and shows the state capitol. We filmed that some time ago...good to see Jm use it. He had to set up in the middle of the street with traffic going both ways just inches from him. Some of the local ATX riders...Brett, EZ Chris Anderson(the guy who "found" the OG some 13 years back), Ruben Castillo and myself pulled out into the street so he could get that shot of us riding down the busy street. Fun day. Jm has some good ideas he puts into his videos.
The jam was ridiculous. We've never had that many riders attend. Maybe the Chase Benefit jam had close...but this was way bonkers. It was great meeting many people and connecting some with screen names here. Got to meet a "legend" in my eyes, Ross Smith. Got to meet some of the Massholes(lol) and had some other great guests staying with me too.
All in all...a lot of people said they were down in Austin to ride the OG more so than the actual competition. I'd agree...the riding at the OG was more fun than the actual contest.
