ST HELENA IS SORTA OF EXPENSIVE THOUGH...

IT IS LIKE WINERIES AND HIGH CLASS HOTELS
ETC AND I JUST HEARD DARREN NOW LIVES IN
SEBASTAPOL WHICH IS FURTHER ON HWY 12
FROM THE MAIN HOUSE AND SANTA ROSA.

WHATS UP WITH THE SESSIONS AT THE SANTA
ROSA HIGH SCHOOL OF LATE..WITH DAVE B.,DIRTY
STEVE AND SHAYNE  AND ED JUST 20 MINUTES AWAY
IN PETALUMA AND DARREN IN SEBASTAPOL.

I WENT AND TALKED TO MIKEY AND YEAH HIS KNEES
ARE STILL HURTING HIM BUT HE WANTS TO GET BACK
INTO IT!I WAS UP THERE FOR A DAY AND WENT BY
YOUR HOUSE ALFRED BUT YOU WERE NOT THERE!

BY THE WAY..ST HELENA IS NO WAY CLOSE TO S.F. AND IT IS UP IN THE WINE
COUNTRY ABOVE NAPA IN THE NAPA VALLEY AND LAKE BERRYESSA IS NEAR BY
AND LOTS OF HILLS AND MOUNTAINS.

S.F IS LIKE PROBABLY A GOOD 85 MINUTES OR SO AWAY FROM ST HELENA AND ST
HELENA IS ON HWY 29. AND YOU HAVE TO CROSS OVER A FEW FREEWAYS OR YOUR
HAVE TO TAKE 2 BRIDGES OVER TO GET TO S.F. AND ST HELENA IS WAY UP THERE
IN NO MANS LAND OF THE WINE COUNTRY AND I THOUGHT SONOMA AND THE VALLEY
OF THE MOON WAS IN NO MANS LAND.

I AM NOT SURE THERE ARE MANY GOOD RIDING SPOTS IN ST HELENA AND IT IS
SMALL AND MOSTLY DIRT AND GRAVEL THERE AND NOT MUCH AROUND IT FOR
MILES..IF YOU WERE A DIRT JUMPER IT WOULD BE IDEAL AS YOU COULD BUILD
JUMPS THERE BUT NOT FLATLAND! I HAVE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND MY
FAMILY STAYED THERE TOO AT THE BIG HOTEL

Maybe Alfred might and that is SIN by the way
and everyone else pretty much keeps off the internet
except Shayne I see sometimes and maybe Darren
once in awhile..

They ride at the Santa Rosa High School and I have never rode
there yet but if you google Santa Rosa High School and then
maps..you can zero in on a topographic view of the high school
and see the area they ride in.

ST HELENA is really in the country..good choice not to move there
and it is far away from everything to drive that distance to ride
with people!

a08 you can check out the onelovebmx.com site. I have a few pictures on there from last year Zumbi Jam, which will be going down again this year. If you are looking for a cheap place to live. Windsor would be my 1st pick in this county and it's really close to Santa Rosa. I live 6 miles west of Santa Rosa. I commute there on the daily, and ride flat at the fairgrounds still, I do have a really nice spot out here too.
Other than riding flat, this region of NorCal has a lot of outdoors activities, Epic MTB rides, wine country, tour d france level road biking, kayaking, I can keep going, you just gonna have to come out and see.
Hit any of us up if you need a place to stay

ALFRED LIVES IN WINSOR...LOL

YEAH IT IS PRETTY CLOSE..JUST 10 MINUTES
NORTH OF SANTA ROSA BETWEEN HEALDSBURG
WHERE MY PARENTS PLACE IS AND SANTA ROSA,
AND IT IS PRETTY CHEAP TO LIVE THERE AND STILL
IN THE SONOMA WINE COUNTRY!!

rafting down the Russian river or kayaking down
the river is classic and there are redwoods trees
everywhere...you and your wife would love it up
there..fresh air and open space..not like LA LA LAND!
