Where have I been mean about it...? I know you won it. I was just stating the pretty obvious fact that with that frame it's more difficult to learn that trick since there is less room to move around under the downtube.

i think i'm getting thinned skin, and defensive where it's not appropriate.

i'm just trying to get some sh!t dialed before April, and i'm probably freaking out.
i'm not getting any time out side to practice half lashes and forward steams.
would it be better to try and learn it as a backward carl?
i didn't mean to take it wrong, and i do appreciate all the help.

i took all of my slack out of my fc. it made a difference almost immediately.
what do you think about me just learning backward carls instead of the side squeaks?

It's a really good way to build up strength in that position and it will make the trick easier. Go for it.

damn nice one CLP.... and +1 on the alcohol....

you know how some people are under the impression that the ability to ingest more alcohol makes them more manly?....

when in reality alcohol actually decreases testosterone levels and increases estrogen levels...so .....well obviously this is not something you would explain to someone who is under its influence...but just a fact to know

Nice stuff, Jerr. I'm working on half hikers as well and wish I could do Karls as smoothly and controlled as you. Seems like a much easier way to get into a half hiker than swinging it around from a double footed steam like I do.

I liked that whiplash hop out thing too. Might have to try that sometime.
