iv been workin on the tailwhip(or is it called whopper in flatland?). i have to do a 360 when i do mine to help get the frame around even close to my feet if that makes sense. what were you doin wrong?

Why 360?! No, you don't.

I was just kicking the frame. And not controling the bike.

When doing it from pegs you should jump and slightly kick the frame. You have to jump high, but leave the bike low. Bring bars close to side you're spining. Got to spin it with both legs and arms. And when landing take the bars and bring them back in front of you.

I don't want to explain it. Just watch some videos and do it. It's a "feeling" trick

i think he means like waldemar fatkin does in his blitz promo vid, where he does a 180, then uses the momentum from the rollout to whip/throw the frame around. but it seems this would be harder? idk  :P

yea i was tryin the 360 as a way to get momentum for it, but i gave up on that method.
so lately iv reinstalled my front break so that i can do the 180 thing(the half rockwalk) and then try and go into it like waldemar fatkin.
I say to them its flatland and their like ?!?! im like

i dont think you need a front brake for that if its what im thinking of, most street riders can do it and they almost never run a front brake. just sharply turn the wheel super fast while rolling and lean/hop to the direction you wanna go

yea im sure it can be done without the front brake but its a little easier for me right now to help get used to that motion of flippin the back end around.

I'm just saying you don't need no 360, fakie whips or that sh*t. That's the next level. Just jump and whip. You'll find it how. But I don't want to sound nasty, but I think you're not ready for the whip. Of course it doesn't mean anything. It will just take a lot more time, frustration and injuries.

Darn straight. One of my favourite riders on here. Plus, I'm super jealous of his garage.
It truly is a romance of many dimensions, isn't it?
