and a tip i got from another rider regarding dropouts too small for traditional chain tensioners...

Grub screws can be pretty handy chain tensioners.  Just jam them in the space between the dropout and the axle.  Most hardware stores carry a ton of different sizes for cheap, so you can find the size that you need.  Not the most graceful solution, but its worked for me in the past.

Agreed. I've also used a ball bearing...

The chrome finish is slick and the jamming method helps keep the axle in one place while tightening it up.

I wish customs weren't so F U C K I N G expensive!! I really wouldn't change a lot! 74 Degree Head Tube Angle, Lowest Stand Over Height & Brakeless, I'd even go with a regular Gloss Black to save money on the crazy paint prices, Gloss Clear Coat would be my No.1 Choice though! but i just cannot afford that kinda wedge!!

I got my Autum & I'm gunna ride it for about a year & in that time hopefully i will have saved up enough for a Custom. I've always wanted an Intrikat, there's just a few things i NEED to change!

Absolutely nothing at all, it's an UH MAY ZING Frame & i really cannot wait to get it built up at the end of the month & hopefully get some riding in before winter really sets in! I've always liked the Intrikats, i had planned on getting a Custom one when they first came out, I hassled the living beejebus out of Chad & ultimately couldn't afford it. The Autum is kinda an experiment, i am really not an advocate for Removable Mounts, BUT... I have their Zero Forks with Removable Mounts & i can just mess around riding & see what configuration i prefer & see about buying one or two new things for the Bike probably this time next year (It's my Birthday tomorrow haha, so i have extra cash!) & just experiment some more. I do prefer to pick one set up & stick with, but i also like having new shiny parts lolages! :D Hopefully if i can save enough next year i might well be able to get me an Intrikat.

Another thing to keep in mind when dialing-in your rear wheel is the width of your rear hub. S&M frames are built to fit the widest hub on the market, I think it's the Profile cassettes and most freecoasters are a few millimeters less wide, so it's a good idea to fill that gap with spacers. I suggest placing the spacers between the cone nut and lock nut, the lock nuts should be directly next to the drop-outs. It's best when the tubing can rest in it's natural form with no flexing of the frame stays when the wheel is installed.

So to run the rear wheel slammed at the deepest part of the dropouts so the pegs actually sit fully on the dropouts  the best ratio is 24 \9 ?
