Siwy's Bike [11.04.2012]
« on: April 11, 2012, 05:02:12 PM »
Here is mine...

Frame: KHE A-Damn LT
Forks: KHE Tanaka
Stem: St martin x26
Bars: St.Martin Eien 8
Grips: ODI Ruffian
Cranks: St Martin Holloflat 145mm
Sprocket: Ares Peace Ring 22t
Chain: KMC (cheap one)
Pedals: KHE PVC Flat
Seat: Twenty Pivotal
Post: Twenty Pivotal
Pegs: KHE Alchemy
Front wheel: KHE Alloy hub on KHE bigV with DT-Swiss Spokes 32h
Rear wheel: Taska sealed on Salt Aero with DT-Swiss Spokes  36h
Tires: Suelo Silkworm
Brake: Dia Compe Hombre
Lever: Tech 77
Headset: Odyssey Integrated with Ares 14,5mm Lower Cap
Tubes: KHE Twiggy

I'm very happy with this setup. The only thing i planned to change is the freecoster, cause the Taska Sealed has its own life...

Here are two other bike projects which want to show.
The white-green one's parts where stripped to raw and coated by myself on my balkony.
It was really an adventure to do it like this, because of the dust and wind outdoors.
At work, we do professional coatings in a special room with perfect condition and very good equiptment, but i wanted to do it the "simple way".  Only the sandblasting was done there.
The primer, the color-paint and clear-coat come from spraycans.

I build it up from my spare parts that i collected through the last years.
Looks very ladylike but i like it =) Need a frontwheel and some cranks to have as a complete spare bike.

My balkony looked like this for a few days...

And this one is my new setup i will run mainly. Its basically the same setup as the A-Damn LT one beside the Paris3 frame, Prismatic/Watanabe combo and black Suelo tires.

Hope you enjoy!

Thanks to all the people presenting their bikes, i love to watch them!!!

Sorry for the small pictures... anyone knows a better photohosting service than photobucket?
