i haven't done one in a really long time, but when i used to do them i set my right hand up where i went into the trick pulling the brakes with my pointy and middle fingers then at the peak of going around the tire i rolled the brake lever to my thumb.  haha, it always made my shirt dirty too...

I remember seeing my first rolling undertaker back in like 1988 I think at the 2 Hip KOV contest in Indiana at N Orbit, anyone remember that?  My jaw dropped when I saw it.

Jody has it right about using fingertips to make the transition to the thumb easier.
Another big help with that trick is think about pulling the frame through underneath you and not "going around" the tire.  Kinda like some decade tricks make more sense when you start to pull them through instead of jumper around.

Too bad that older Ralf Meier video is blocked on YT - he had some really smooth undertaker combos - (overtaker to undertaker to lardyard!)

Why was his video blocked?

It had Beat It as the soundtrack. Could have just blocked the audio.
