just my opinion, but I think nose manual is the more correct term.
 
Wheelie - sitting down on seat and pedaling
Manual - not sitting down on seat and not pedaling
 
therefore this would be a nose manual.

thanks for the how to video. Nose wheelies/manuals is something i've been stuck with for a year, progressing but very slowly. today i rolled two nose manuals/wheelies 10 good meters and i felt in control. But that's still two out of 40 tries  ! this trick is the most challenging one for me.
