Chad Johnston now @ S&M Bikes Pro Team
« on: August 19, 2011, 03:17:34 AM »
From now on Chad is officially a S&M Bikes Pro Team rider! According to the news on the S&M website drinks are on them tonight. Question is: Where do we get them? However, good news, congrats Chad!

Chad is posting a lot of pics of the S&M flatland parts in the forum. Check out the S&M Intrikat Signature Frame topic to stay up to date. We also updated the parts section with the details for the Intrikat frame.

The video on the left shows Chad's latest hardcore pedal moves! Enjoy!

I'm a little confused...I thought he was already "pro" for the team, I mean he did design a frame for them.  But whatever...congrats to him, he deserves it for sure!  His riding is always sick!

Yeah I was under the impression that if you have a company ready to let you design a whole range of parts that.. you'd get paid for it too?

Disgusting edit though. So hard.

The elbow glide off the fork leg made me rewind it about 5 times.  I think next we will be seeing hitch hikers from Chad off of the forks.  He has nose wheelies dialed.  Those death trucks he does are just scary, it is like he could fall at any time yet he has the balance so wired and he pulls them each time.  I cant wait to see what he comes up with next.

That's some crazy stuff!

I wonder how Chad gets to that Elbow Glide? I know Pedro Melo's been gliding on a fork before (http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Nk91dLAbY6U/THbWk1bCz3I/AAAAAAAAB4U/zstIvWCsB40/s1600/Pedro-haarukkarull.jpg) (photo by Kai Kuusisto) but of course Pedro can "step" into it from a peg, whereas Chad can't.

That forkleg elbowglide was so sick.

It makes me realise that if you can persist on a limited setup after putting in the time amazing stuff will happen for sure. Makes me want to go back to 2 pegs again. Maybe I will tomorrow.
