There is no need for any dropout modification except for the "cut indicators" (that is really a good thing).
Biggest part of the dropouts is covered by pegs anyway. This is just being said apart from the matter of fact that nobody really will be able to view dropout modification for any number of reasons (covered by pegs, bad visibility in regard to the place of the frame, no due proportion to the effort etc.). So why messing around!?!?

Furthermore I predict that this absurd hunting for minimum weight will be finished soon anyway.
