As some people might know, i've been injured for a few weeks -

( still dont know what it is - except im having some elbow/shoulder/wrist/ back problems - its a headache to figure this out - since its not covered by free govt healthcare and since my extended health insurance expired last year ..... i gotta figure out some way to do this for cheap/free...I have an appointment with the doctor today (not for anything medical   - just to get a referral....     ) soo... wish me luck)

You have your own style for sure , i love that. Ibuprofen and rest dont ride for a week or 2 , to me it just sounds like your body is overworked and needs proper rest .
