You need to remember that making a design in that way don't give You enought originality, and cut Your hands in some way, becouse if you generate style in that kind of software it's hard to clearly change css. And remember about licesne, it's not free software so if they find some way got problem but if You use it to commercial things ( even putting advertisment ) You real legal problem.
