Paul Vail. I mean that guy influenced a generation of riders including myself. I wonder what he's up to.

He took me to every contest I went to for a good 3 years. I owe him a lot. He's my flatland godfather as far as I'm concerned.

great idea......wondering if it would be good to suggest a history section for BMX-flatland so newbies can come on and go to and see who started what when in a chronological order for flatland......that way everyone would be on the same page as they come on Global flat?
Whatever you want in life is gonna take some effort on your part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fact is, freestyle riding was, is, and will always be evolving and moving in different directions. So just do what you want and have fun with it. Trends come and go.- TYRONE WILLIAMS

BMXTrix still works :) I went to see Flatland how to section and still after 8 years of riding I can't do few things off of that list.
I guess multiple whiplashes will always be easier for me than mc circles :)

Man I learned so much from those videos....

A history section would be an excellent idea... it's always good to know where you've come from!
More off than on, but still loving it! Flatland until you can't!

Ow damn, that was my past too. I started riding bmx like 6 years ago and it was the only site I knew. I printed out the how to's for pogos and barspins and tried them on my heavy bike, hehe. Old times..
I couldn't check the videos back then, so I just read the text..

Yeah, multiple whiplashes are easier than mc circles!
