Sakis, you're frame has great attention to detail. Really set up to take a beating.

Pic of the previous custom bar stem combo...

Very nice looking bar/stem combo! I am riding the Sequence 6th street bar/stem currently and have a question about the crossbar. Is it better to have the multi-piece crossbar vs just a straight tube one in terms of strength? Thanks!

From a strength point of view, a multi-piece crossbar can act like a spring and help to better absorb the loads.
Generally speaking, everything that makes something more elastic tends to make the part less prone to crack...but it's a bit more complex in the reality, of course.

Sakis, you're frame has great attention to detail. Really set up to take a beating.
thanks mate,i ll post some pics when i ll have it clear coated.
whoa, that last frame is beautiful... like a modernize tao or jps... luving it, except for the weight.
well.
This frame has more attention to strength and space.
1)the frame has not machined seatpost tube so it will not flex
2)the front tubes are 34.9 mm so bigger diameter than the normal/most frames today and are stronger
3)the down tube and gusset tube are 0.049'' thickness so they are much stronger..
4)this way i could easily lift the dt at the bb area a little bit without weakening the frame and make the top tube lower at the seatpost area without sacrificing much strength.
5)also the back end had a 0.049'' 32 mm wishbone and 7/8 0.049'' bridge tube.
the frame could be much lower of course without the brake mounts around 80 gr lower or less
so the first frame was 1850 and it can get even lower without being weak, but i wanted to be super strong so i made it heavier..
i also made a handlebar from malo 2-3 months ago and i am very happy with it.
so since my intrikat frame was long for me 19.5" i thought to make a new smaller and spacier frame with a front end like the tao..
thanks malo great work,i cant wait to ride it..

thanks for the input, it's great being able to place a name to a real beauty of a frame.
all the best and post pixs!
cheers,kinde regards

Very nice! But a little part of me wanted to see the middle crossbar just a little bit crooked :) very nice work Malo!
''let me tell ya something i did a front n rear wheel hang on the cloping on the slide of the spine, now i stick to street!''

''do you freestyle?''

However serious you take it general public sees us as just dicking about on 'kids' bikes, some people could do to remember that and smile a little.
