I have to write a few words about these forks again.

Malo, I think those forks are one of the most beutiful parts you have ever made.
I have been thinking about them all day.

While they offer a clean and simple style of fork in terms of technology.
They have a shape which I find very pleasing to the eye.
To the point where I could imagine owning a pair not to ride, but just to look at (and i don't even ride zero offset lol)

But I honestly believe if these forks were mass produced by a large name brand in BMX, that in 20 or so years they would become a truly iconic collectors piece.

You really have outdone yourself this time.

Mark

Make sure you put them in a Glass Display.

Thank you Mark !
The funny thing is that I use to make this fork, the same bending die I bought to make your bar stem combo...

Here's the last PiR custom bar :

do you make sprockets?
All things in life are temporary. If going well...enjoy it, they will not last forever. If going wrong don’t worry, they can't last long either.

Sorry paulbrown692000, I forgot to answer your question the first time you asked...
I'm not really able to make sprocket, even if it's not really impossible. Send me a PM and depending on your design I'll tell you...

Kamil,

I'll be fair with you.

You probably think you are the inventor of what you call the "Chimera full tubing system" or something like that ?

The answer is : NO, you aren't

If you had more knowledge concerning frame building, you should know that.

Please try to begin to be smarter...

It was a very rude answer to one simple question. So you use the same system. And I know what you mean, but no one use it in bmx frames like we did.

Actually I know of many companies who have used lug piercing such as basic bikes.
Eitherway, regardless of this method .... What it all comes down to is the finished product meeting the expectations of the customers requests.

It's definitely a lovely looking frame, fork and bar.
Congrats Malo.

Yes I think that too, but it's like a game between us  -_-

I think this "method" is easier, especially for head tube with a big radius and it works well.
