Wondering what company's like ares say of those copy's?
yeah,like everybodys copying everything now.
relax.
what do you have to say about certain riders in top level that copy each other?
gomez,yamar,osicka,mathias,raphael?
all have been copied by others...
if a company that is making a frame like those that are custom it is not a copy because you might need to change something or some details.
by the way,all companies are switching to double diamond frames!

^^^lol, I forgot about that comment. Those were my experimental bars; they had a 100mm offset to match a full offset stem, with street bar specs, that would be positioned vertical. Malo did a great job of finding the right numbers for the job. They looked pretty funny but felt just like a pair of street bars on a full offset stem. I'm pretty sure no flat company in there right mind would ever make bars like that for production... Wouter is just a silly kid that likes to stir up drama. I had Malo do them like the Ares bar because I was riding that Ares at that time; I thought it would look good, I was wrong, lol. But yes, everyone copies everyone, if they didn't, no one would ever get anywhere. Imitation is the most sincere form of "flattery", pun intended.
As I looked back on this thread, Malo, your work has really grown and gotten even better than it was. So well done, such attention to detail, so perfect for each custom project. Thanks for giving the picky flat community specs and details we each love.

Good grief!  That's all I will say about all the parts/frames you have produced.  Simply amazing!

Being a student going for my mechanical engineering degree, i just had to start from page 1 and look at all the amazing things you fab up, i also learned some stuff about flatland fabrication and what you can do with the frames and forks etc, just from looking at your pics in this thread, so thank you for that.. screw the nay sayers, they're just mad cause they cant make or afford what you offer.. your work is better than the big dogs in bmx who've pretty much all outsourced for obvious reasons, but it's also reflects in the quality of the part.. You dont get that with what you're doing, you just get bad ass custom parts that have attention to detail and nothing looked over.

that being said, if i am ever in the market for a new frame or fork or bar i know who i am comming too, ive always liked swiss misses, i might have to try a set of my own but to my specs when i get tired of mine.. until then, i will just sit back and let the sexy ass fab work roll in.  ;D

that they do! aaron's gotten a lot better with the quality of his stuff too (he offers supertherm tubing now).. ive been to his old shop a few times.

i would still rather buy a frame from PIR though, he has more attention to detail. and i know its not hard to make a flatland frame, but aaron really only does freestyle stuff..
