Pro riders management/agents/representation
« on: April 06, 2011, 03:29:12 PM »
Does anyone know whether or not any pro riders have agents or are represented by anyone?  I would think that Terry probably does, maybe a few other guys might, but most don't.  Since most flatlanders are more interested in learning new tricks than making calls to line up sponsors, negotiating, etc., it would make sense.  I know some of the guys out in LA have agents for commercial work.

Any rider interested in representation should contact DMC for Micke Conte's number.

I was waiting for someone to bring that up.....:)  Crazy to think that woman convinced the best rider in the world at the time to leave the best team, made all kinds of crazy promises that never came true, and basically run things into the ground.

If DMC ever writes a book about his history in BMX, I'd love to read about what really happened about all that.

I rode with Joe Johnson recently, and did NOT bring that up!
