Did the sprocket or the drive bolt break? Or both? You can get a new drive bolt if necessary.

yes, sh*tty design. Breaks everytime. Some People are making it better, when they upgrade it by themselves, but that's not acceptable for this price :/

I personally broke it 3 times, until I was getting my money back and now ride flatware cranks!

Get your money back and dont cry, stuff happens.

But dont geht butthurt and say, that everey product from st. martin is crap. Yeah, the cranks are, but other parts are not, so dont get everything mixed up.

Have u contacted st martin at least about seeing if the problem can be resolved before putting them on blast saying never buying there parts again? If I never got the parts of a company's I broke I wouldn't be able to ride....gt,kgb,oddy,primo,nanki,quamen,khe,thompson,ares, etc... stuff breaks. Did u buy the cranks in 2009? Your weight? U riding any kind of street?

But don't feel that bad. I broke some magnati oddy cranks last year.... 300 no warranty.

The frames for example, at least the eiffel and diamond.
Yeeah...Sprockets... >_< fcking english sprocket broke also 3 times with me... But it was not really the most clever thing to buy a sprocket like that, I could have thought that one out better

Ive been riding St.Martin cranks for over a year and a half and I've had no problems whatsoever. Not saying they're better than anything else, but they haven't exploded on me yet. I don't run micro sprockets though, dunno if that really matters. I'm not too fat really, but I am still basically a beginner rider.

i've been on the Ody 'phat black widows' for about 2 years.
these things are tough, as i weigh 200 and have ridden some street
with them.   add the fact that i cut and drilled one arm for micro
sprockets, and they're stiff.
