I just posted this in another thread, but I think it deserves it's own thread, so here it is. An ad sometimes will play all the way through at first. Once the ad plays the video with Day Smith will automatically load. How did he even conceive it to be possible?

----Isn't that basically "the lifeguard" trick Jeff Desroche was working on several years ago ?  Looks wild for sure, but never seen anyone pull it, and I'd imagine they'd almost havta drop the bike and land on the frame/pedal/peg, like some people do when forward-karl-to-barflipping out of a link. Of course Mathias or Adam Kun would just drop their feet and land in a turbined crackpacker out.

I believe Jeff D. let the peg rest on the ground while he hopped up to the pedals. TOTALLY different trick.

i remember the first time i saw and met Day, it was in C.T at a Split clothing tour.  i was star struck seeing him, he was one of my first icons in the art of flat,  he handed me and my boys some odyssey gyro covers and wraps wich i still have to this day,  and met dave mirra and skate boarder andy mcdonald at the same time.
 it was a good time.   when i met Day in San Francisco in 99'  he pretty much blew me off and kept to himself,  he was talking "probably trying to mack it" to a chick.  as well as andrew ferris,  i was trying to say what up and he ignored me,  i really looked up to him and he just ignord and dissed me and kept walking.  man those were harsh moments in my life.  but great times.
