free coaster vs cog which one?

to start out I'm an old school'r, going to up date the old bike into a new'r one.
but have'n a hard dec. between the two.
I mainly do balence tricks and old school tricks, so do I really need to go with a free coaster or update to a cog?
please give me your info....would be greatly appr.

Free coaster will save your shins, i could'nt ride without it.... You got any hubs in mind?

I'd get a freecoaster. Gives you room to expand your trickability.(?) Ok, that may not be a real word but at some point you may need one and you are already thinking about it...
The Taska UFree is pretty cheap, light and runs well.
