Some pics of the location for DUG Round 1 - Bridport, Tasmania (February 19th 2011):

Inside the hall in Bridport

Hall location - near the water - near the skatepark - near the hostel...

... - near these netball courts

Accommodation is sorted. An entire hostel for us. The hall is booked and we've got a DJ lined up and booked in too. The hall's all ours so we can jam into the night and party too.

The basic plan is roll at the netball courts all day if the weather is good then hit up some indoor practice and have a comp in the hall late arvo. That gives people time to arrive if they're coming on the day.

Sunday we'll take it easy, hang out and have a jam. Barbecues are always an option too.

If you can get yourselves to Tassy we'll get you to Bridport. If you're flying or shooting yourselves over in a Cannon then Launceston is the place to aim for!

I've travelled a lot and Tasmania is joint first in terms of natural beauty with Iceland. It's a long way from everywhere but any riders who can make it are more than welcome and we Australians (and Brits :P) are always prepared to help you in every way and guarantee that you will have a great time and get to see some unique sights and wildlife.

Saturday February 19th. DUG Tassy. Bridport. The place to be for all things flatland!
