yuckie sickness
« on: October 07, 2010, 02:36:30 PM »
yesterday I was doing a mega spin, while spinning had a large snot cliffhanger hanging from my nose.. I believe that it was atleast 2-3 inches long, during the middle of the spin(hard to judge length).  I have been fighting a cold and think I am on the down hill slide.

How many of you try riding while sick? Just want to share my disgusting phlegm ^_^
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass........
It's about learning to ride in the rain.

I find it quite liberating to go riding at the very early hours of the morning (between 3am or 5am) when I have diarrhea. As it allows me to focus on my riding but also gives me peace of mind that I can soil myself without being judged (always wear shorts but not white socks) and at the same time I can be confident that after a good riding session it will help empty my bowels properly so I can feel clean, fresh and relaxed the next day as by then everything should be out of my system.
