Perfect cranks?
« on: July 29, 2010, 09:17:34 PM »
I'm looking for my ideal crankset.
Here's how I'd like them to be:
-140mm crankarms
-Full chromoly
-hollow chromoly spindle (or titanium)
-16-18t sprockets friendly

I can't find any crankset in the market like that.
Profiles Flatland set shorter arms come in 150mm. If I get regular Profiles in 145mm they don't  accept 22t or smaller sprockets.

Any suggestions?

Just get london bikes or PIR to make you a set of arms and then just add your own axle and BB set.

Well, you could use 145 Profile cranks and use a spindle type sprocket, like the Tree or Profile, no need for a bolt!

Profiles and a Tree spline drive sprocket...

If you are for real, you probably spend enough time on your bike that there's no time left for talking sh*t on message boards.

Of course, if all you do is talk sh*t on message boards, you're probably not as good or as cool as you think you are.
