I was wanting to find a japanese pen pal of sort. I would like to find someone that rides flat in Japan. I have heard stories of the whole scene over there. Someone that could send snail mail and or email.
It would be awesome to comunicate with a female flat rider in Japan. Not necessary but cool.

They really have a strong firm scene over there. But Japan is big, I dont know where they ride really, and if there are any women, i believe so though...

Cool pics. I know my request sounds kinda strange. Just don't have anyone to connect with about flat.Just on the internet. I use the computer at work and need to get me one at home. I don't know how much longer I'll be at this job. Thus I don't know how much more time I'll be able to search and read about flat.

There are a lot of riders in Japan. There are many girl riders out there too!
Check out Diversion 5.0 for a look at the flatland scene in Japan.
Are you going to Japan? There are a lot of riders in the Tokyo and Yokohama areas. Also Kobe and Okayama have good scenes too.

I just like learning about other cultures. It would be cool to be able to comunicate with some one so far from where I live and so different but still be able to connect on the love of flat. You know what I mean. What made me think about female riders is seeing the Diversion pic with Bobby and the two girls and it said all three ride flat. Now that is cool. I would like to try and nurture this kinda of sport with my young Neices. I want them to grow up and know that they can do anything they want.

I'd be completely happy if right now if I had A REAR WHEEL SO I COULD KEEP PRACTICING MY HIKERS!  :(

It's very important to have some riders to ride with, i always rode alone but some sessons are just too short couse i get bored of being all alone...

In Japan, flatland is more of a "group" thing rather than an "alone" thing.
