Deformed tire

I have a KHE Premium Flatland Tire and i pumped the PSI up to 80 and it says max is 120 but when i used my pump it would go like VERY slowly past 80 and now when i looked at my front tire, there is like this lopsided part ill take a pic of it and post it up but it looks wierd

KHE has now put an instructional pdf file on their site about tire maintenance... MIN 90PSI... The pressure is crucial to even tire wear and functionality... I personally have had bad experience with these tire's so im not defending them in any way! I see these tires as competition tire's only! I found the tread broke off in chunks down to the cord after a month, running at 110PSI... I have a mini compressor with accurate dial... Feel free to view this pdf for information purposes!
