The French Connection was THE BOMB! Omy it was so much fun. I didn't even want to go to sleep. I am so excited I feel like I am going to burst.

love the vibe in texas...you guys have the brotherhood and togetherness that got me hooked on flatland at the starting point.......hope everyone else takes example and bring back that love............. ;D

Yes!  The street guys even came out to watch and have some fun.  The Metal Bikes crew was there, Jim C(owner of Sunday bikes, and a great rider himself) was there talking all aspects of BMX.  Jim C hopped on a few people's bikes and showed some of his old flat skills!

This is part of the beauty of Austin...the whole BMX scene is united, and down for a good time.

Yesterday was SO MUCH FUN!  Big turnout and good eats.

Funny you mention Brotherhood. Thats what Erik Otto titled The First Round UP DVD. The Brother Hood. You statement just justifys what I put on the back on the Austin 2009 DVD as well. We are more than guys and gals that happen to ride with each other. We are extended family and we celebrate and share good and hard times.

  We were all there when Jim got the good news that he was going to be a DAD again!
THe Crew got a very nice card for me when my brother passed away.
We have celebrated many birthdays...WOW Many of them!

The scene here is amazing and just getting stronger!

French Connection Jam in Austin

The French Connection Jam aka Buda Jam took place last weekend in Austin, Texas. For Matthias it was the next stop of his Austin trip. I'm planning to book a trip to austin next year, but i don't want to come for a week or something you know? thats not worth my money haha

Come during South by SouthWest, it will be more than worth your money, the scene here alone is priceless anyway  ;D
