What where the organizers totally bail on everyone after a thunderstorm pops up with calls for sun only an hour or two later? It was a lot of fun jamming with those guys, but people traveled from around the country to get there and find out that a contest was cancelled when it's pretty clear the weather didn't even last that long.

You said it. Not me.

I also remember a few of the pros there sitting around within earshot of Trevor Meyer talking crazy sh*t on him. Shady indeed.

That was the absolute worst contest disaster in the history of flatland (for me at least). That footage of me riding in the rain there was the only time I got to ride. I was 16 at the time (didnt have a licence) and the guy that drove me was ready to go home as soon as he found out the contest was canceled. So I basically drove 6 hours there to do a 30 minute ride in the rain with Brant. haha. We drove straight back after that, 12 hours of driving in one day for nothing. f*ck that contest.
