I think that it could be easier to learn it form a wheelchair first, and then learning it like this, I learned it from wheelchair, and I'm now practising it from steamroller.

ohhh yeeeah. I love crackpackers but I can't do them :D I'm trying to learn doublefooted steamrollers now, then gonna move to crackpackers.

Same here, I need to work on double footed steams before attempting this.  As soon as I put my free foot onto the peg I can't balance and the steam roller ends :(  Is it easier to double foot steam roller with the grip holding hand free or is it easier with the hand on the grip?

For me, it's easier without the hand on the grip.

But, you don't have to be able to do double footed steamrollers to learn the crackpacker if you do it from a wheelchair.

This video has inspired me! I've been working very hard on this trick. So far I can step into them and roll quite a way, I'm still working on getting in and out.
