Can't install Spanish BB in Zion Lowkee

Since the sadios are plastic, you could have tweaked it to cause a ridge which is whats causing the problem.
I would consider looking at the BB for damage and then sanding that instead if there is a ridge.

My bad then, wasn't aware of that.

tried again for another 2 hours. It doesn't go in evenly, it will either go in one side or the other, check the drawing to see what I mean.
should I leave it as it is in the photo and just hammer the rest of it down?
