I think my ride is about 22.5 or 23lbs...
What I don't think anyone has mentioned is the role geometry plays in how your bike feels. I rode a 26 pound Quamen G5 setup for years; it was stable and very well balanced for my build/body weight. However, when I took that same geometry (on a Suelo V2) and tried to ride it minus 4 or 5 pounds, I couldn't do it: it was way too twitchy and provided no counter-balance for my build. But after building up a longer more stable frame (Bowls 2) at the same weight (22.5 pounds), the bike became way more manageable. The longer TT and CS length compensated for the light weight by slowing the bike down (for lack of a better explanation).
So in short, if you shed a significant amount of weight off your bike, you may or may not want to consider a change in geometry as well if the weight loss makes the bike squirrely.
