Hollywood jam 9

Will anyone post the date of the next hollywood jam, and if its gonna be at the zuma spot or the universal city spot? I hear that its gonna be in April or May but nobody is saying the exact date. Thx.

Haven't heard anything about this yet.  I'll contact Hollywood to see if there'll be one this year.

Dang! After reading the thread topic, I got excited.

Funny, I was wondering the same thing on my drive to work today. Weather has been BEAUTIFUL down here in San Diego! :)

Hope you didn't get *too* excited ;)

Anyway, just heard back from Hollywood Steve.  He says that he'll be putting out the flyer within the next couple of weeks, but doesn't have anything to tell me just yet.

do u have to compete to go to the jam in hollywood? or can u just sit on ur bike and watch? cuz im really new to flatland but i want to go just to meet some flatlanders and hopefully learn something too :D

We all didnt have friends at some point in time... Thats what made me nervous at my first jam, but when i got there everyone was really chilled out. they dont care that you cant do much or that you dont know anyone else, thats why they hold these things, its so we can get together meet new people and ride with them.

If you can make it, definitely go! The hollywood jam is a very kick back atmosphere! Everyone who goes rides for the fun and welcomes new riders. You won't regret it. You'll be hooked! Again, if you can make it out...GO!!

There are no egos at the jam...just good fun with lots of riders.

alright cool then ill definantly go :) prolly chill hopefully make new friends and gain some experiance...and whats the adresse to the site? cuz i type in the one on the ad in mapquest it says it cant find it..

haha... good luck, all i can say is that it was a lil hard to find when i went the first time, id say just find the street called Guernsey Ave. and look in the direction of the beach, thats the spot... Theres a dirt area to park your car on the side of Highway 1, so you dont have to worry about finding free parking.

It's a little north of the main Zuma beach entrance.  Just follow PCH and you'll see it.  Like ibanezeda said, find Guernsey Ave (in case you get there earlier than everybody else) and it's right there on the beach side.
