fly pantera 2 frame

so my bike got stolen, but it was just a starter bike so im building a new one. i saw a fly pantera two frame one craigs list for 50 bucks. i was wondrin is s alright for flatland.

probably not if the TT is longer than 20". Even then it's a street frame.

I ride 19.75 strowler, just nab it or wait for a used strowler on here
