Bizhouse forks and F-set problem

Hey, just a question, is there any way to get the bizhouse forks to work with an F-set, or am i gonna have to get new forks?
the bizhouse forks dont have the bearing cup holder thing on them like some others do......
any info is greatly appreciated.

I think you mean the bearing race. You will need to remove the one from your current fork and re-install it on the bizhouse. It will be best to go to a bike shop that has a race removal tool.

one more thing, i looked around for a while but i cant seem to find anything on my question...which is this: Do you have to have the bearing race on if you use an integrated headset? or do i not need one.
