it's a graveyard sprocket but it's not a Kore fork.
It's a Threaded KHE fork which ppl used to use on KHE Premium Lagger.

wow marksou ta velo est très belle hahaha. The last time I wrote in french was like 7 years ago when I was in high school so I don't know if that's correct ^_^. Do they make shorter Monowin frames?
