(From forkglide position) Jump and put your right foot on the left peg, and then put yout left foot on the back peg. Don't try to stretch your leg under the bars, but instead go around the bar end. To help you do this and keep balanced, lean the bike away from you when putting your foot on the back peg. With the bike leant away, switch hands. (right hand switches first)
All you have to do after that is step on the pedal with your right foot, and 180 barspin to get the handlebars the right way.
