Rider of the Month April: Saad Al-Suraye!

A western view on a city like Kuwait can be skewed… From the way we see the middle-east reported on the news, to pre-conceived ideas, I think the picture we have is different from the reality.

We were really excited when Saad got in touch with us, as the whole ethos of global-flat is to be truly global.  Hearing that there are flat riders out in Kuwait got us really keen to find out more, and to have our notions of what their world is like shattered or confirmed.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it gives us great honour to introduce April’s Rider of the Month, Saad Al-Suraye!

Just once I'd like to turn on the TV and see a documentary or big news expose on how flatland (and other artistic/sports groups) manage to transcend borders and build diplomacy in ways politicians could only dream of... congrats to the new rider of the month.  :beer:
