paradoxium will be supplying really the
drivetrain of cranks, pedals, chain and pedals etc

heya flatride...heya is that you alex?
yeah if this is alex i can come pick some parts up
and ship them out when i find out how to ship them
and i have some tubes, slic cables, chain tensioner
in quamen pops, grips and barends to send in that
package too so that will set him up with that.

i figure what we need are the following...

-frame-an updated frame that is not 20 years old!!
-forks that are not 15 years old...lol
-bars and stem...more modern than he has
-seat and post..light setup and not weighing 5 pounds!
-GOOD FRONT BRAKE..DIA-TECH ETC....

THIS WOULD BE A GOOD START AND ALONG WITH PARADOXIUM AND MYSELF
SENDING STUFF THEN HE WILL HAVE A PRETTY GOOD START ON GETTING A
PROPER FLATLAND BIKE PUT TOGETHER.

i also emailed him and also p.med him in MYSPACE.COM and hopefully he will
send one back to me so i know how to send this stuff to him.

PARADXIUM...WHAT WE WILL DO IS WHEN I FIND OUT WHAT THE ADDRESS IS..
ILL HAVE YOU SEND THAT PACKAGE FOR VIVLION OF CRANKS, BB, PEDALS,
CHAIN TO MY HOUSE AND ONLY THOSE THINGS AND ILL BOX THEM ALONG
WITH WHAT I HAVE TO SEND TO HIM AND IT WILL GO OUT IN ONE BOX AND HE
WONT HAVE TO PAY AS MUCH IMPORT TAX ON IT SINCE ILL LABEL IT AS A
BIRTHDAY GIFT!! HE MAY NOT PAY ANYHTING BUT YEAH IT SHOULD GO UNDER
ONE BOX FOR THAT BOX AND IF WE CAN GET THE OTHER 5 ITEMS DONATED
THEN WE MIGHT JUST SHIP UNDER ONE BIG BOX AT ONCE IF THINGS FLOW
THE RIGHT WAY! IF NOT THEN WE WILL HAVE TO GO UNDER A SECOND BOX
AND AGAIN SEND EVERYTHING TO MY HOUSE AS I WILL HAVE SOME STUFF
AGAIN TO ADD TO THE BOX TO SEND TO HIM....I GET DISCOUNTED RATES
TOO WHERE I GO TO SEND STUFF AS IT IS A TEAM MUTT/BUSINESS THING.

The only way I can donate the drivetrain is for a middleman to receive and box the bike into 3 boxes. If this doesn't happen it will end up in Australia and Peru and he will miss out.
I often send to South America via Naples, Florida, but I need to keep it local to the West coast to keep shipping costs down.

I got your back on this Karl - PM SENT!!!

I'm going to help out, too, so Karl's sending me this stuff and I'm going to box it up and also THROW IN MY DONATIONS along with it!!!

So interesting that the "Chase" thread has more girth than a thread like this.

I think we need to see if he wants bars and stem before sending them, because he has Mike S bars and most likely prefers this. I have noticed bar/stem combos are really popular in the West Indies, most likely Trevlons influence.

I have been in contact with him {Viv}. I dont have a pic of his bike yet, but I thought you {Cow} or Mutt were going to get in contact with Kunstform. Kunstform said to email them. If you like, I can talk with both Kunstform and Vivlion, because I know he would love a lightweight frame, like KHE.
He likes the equilibrium, so maybe thats a good option. Not the lightest, but still light.
Let me know Cow. I can mediate for you or just step back.
