Odyssey Flat Fork

Hi,

I've got an odyssey pro flat fork. On the ody website they write:

Quote
Pro Flatland-Probably the lightest and strongest flatland specific fork available. Lifetime Guarantee. 2lbs 5oz. .049 legs. 6mm dropouts. 3/8 or 14mm dropouts w/ steep or zero offset. Tapered fork legs for clearance. Notch in steerer tube for cable clearance. Brake Bosses(zero has removeable bosses). Black.

has anyone ever removed the brake bosses ? I tried to unscrew then but without any success ... nothing seemed to move ... is there some trick ? ;)

yes it comes off, im sure it has some sort of threadlock on the thread...so just get the right size wrench or socket and torque it hard to the left..then it each should come off

Ok I tried it again .... and I managed to remove one side ... but the other one ... what the f*ck ... I used such a ring wrench (correct size):

but the material of the f*cking brake boss screw is to soft ... now the screw is round like hell and no way to remove it (only cutting it off ) ... hmmmm
