Odyssey flatland forks and front brakes
« on: November 26, 2008, 01:22:55 AM »
Have any you guys done mods on the back of your forks steertube so the cable had plenty of room for your brake cable? If so give me some advise and pics? I was thinking of cutting a small little section for the cable houseing to rest in so it wouldn't rub the tire? An yes I am runing a 2.10 tire but its a fit kevlar.

you will probably always rub a bit with that big a tire...

run a diatech flexie, and make sure the cable is the right length to keep it out of the tire

Yeah I figured. I'm looking at getting smaller tires.
