Chris Böhm on Germany's Got Talent
« on: November 10, 2008, 11:06:35 AM »
On Saturday German flatland rider Chris Böhm appeared in the German version of America's Got Talent called 'Das Supertalent'. Good stuff.

OF COURSE he moved on. :) Enjoy!

They first showed him and his job as a therapist who helps depressive kids to become happy again by introducing them to BMX flatland, then he appears on the stage, introduced himself, saying who he is and that he rides Flatland. One judge asks what Flatland is, Chris explains it very much puzzle-like, question marks pop up, judge asks what that mumbojumbo means, Chris says 'Wait and see!', show begins.

Afterwards the judges all basically say that he seems to be a very good guy because of his job and that they were entertained by his kickass show.

All this shows are so bogus, I mean, the judges know sh|t about talents, they always use a pretty feminine face and two dudes who don't really know how to jugde real talented people..

.. I don't think Chris has the slightest chance, he moved on only because of his "nice bike tricks" and his jog as a threapist, the "judges" didn't seem all that amazed and they obviously don't know a thing about what they should be evaluating according to BMX Flatland.

Nice going to Chris, revealing flatland do mainstream Germany
;)
