I am 5 11 and a half,206 pounds,35 years old.this was last month,I should be the same weight now.Funny,I always was the skinniest rider, kind of mark hilson,at 152 pounds in the early 90's.then it seems I stopped growing or something, and almost overnight,I gained around 20-25 pounds,in 1996,then started increasing about 5 pounds yearly until I leveled of at 215 in 2002,then started riding more again, and have since stayed at 200-206,even though I do eat a lot.My ideal weight should be around 180,and I want to get there,I even have some of my older pants to motivate me and stuff,lol...

I think as long as you're healthy and feel good about yourself, that's what matters.

Hahah, not fat but I am 6'3" and weigh 215. Was weighing 220 but I cut back on so much heavy lifting and started running more and soon about to get some swimming on.
