Best flatland bikes of all time?
« on: October 23, 2008, 06:56:50 PM »
Rank the 3-5 flatland bikes of all time you would have without concern for cost.

I'm still figuring out the modern bikes, so sticking to the older flatland bikes I would go with…

1)  1984 Haro Master Chrome
2)  1987 Haro Master Team/FST Red (best paint scheme ever!)
3)  1987 GT Team

1. 88 Haro Master
2. Hoffman Bigdaddy
3. Morales
4. Standard Tao

The Haro Master from 87/88 were the best complete flatland bikes...straight from the box.

I don't get it.

I don't know anything about older bikes; I have only been into bikes for like 3 months.

But how can you prefer 20 year old bikes over new ones? Seems like they would have improved over time, not gotten worse...

Anyone want to explain?  ;D

1. 87/88 Haro Master
2. Hutch Trick Star
3. I don't know. Don't know enough about all the newer frames but I suppose I'd throw Quamen in there.
