Without even opening the clip, I had a good idea which combo it was going to be. =) I remember watching that line over and over when I first saw it... the switch where he goes from outside to inside junkyard is classic.

After watching Taka shred the back wheel I was ignorant enough to think this wouldn't impress me. I was wrong.

Let me ask this question, we often see these videos from years ago and the riding is mind blowing to most things nowadays.  Why is that?  You dont see that type of riding now, all we see are front wheel tricks and why dont people throw in decades like they use to?

two word answer: Evolution and progression.

I count three words.....

Yea, that was pretty sweet.  How long ago was that?

You can do those tricks and still evolve. If everyone is doing the same trendy stuff how is that progression. Its ignorant to say that you cant do all types of tricks on your bike and not be evolving. (Not trying to start an argument)

we know MARCELO
exactly and you can do all kinds of different tricks and combos
and still evolve
the ones that talk about not being original are just shioot talking
and probably do not ride.

evolving is learning new shioot in tricks, combos and having fun while riding.

SIMPLE AND EASY DEFINITION!

Nishikawa?

sh*t man... There are at least 30 dudes out there doing way more difficult, technical and impressive backwheel stuff than Nishikawa.

None of the tricks that he does impresses me - Just his enthusiasm, dedication, style and speed. There's nothing REALLY special about his riding for me though.

i dont consider 1 rider better than another, but i can honestly say there are about 5 riders i could name drop (but won't) that still do alot of the old school tricks, but mix it up with a new school variation (aka- evolution)  :)
