Thanks Mark, for the info on getting the blog started.  I've yet to make a start on it, been busy of late, but I have a week off, soon, and will get crackin on it then.

It's pretty similar to hang 5 to halfpacker, except the frame moves around less in this one.
I tried the step-over from Hang-5 to Halfpacker last night, and bailed every time!! I grabbed the seat and kinda pulled the right grip toward the ground, so the bars would pass under my peg-leg (no pirate joke intended), but it felt so awkward, and I made no progression.  lol
I even tried the step-over from a Hang-10 seat-grab, with about as much success.  What's the secret, there..??

You just got to lean the bike over to allow your inseam to pass over the griptube...sort of like steam to wheelchair?  Hahaha.

I'm not very tall, and run tall and wide bars, so maybe there's some little secret, I just never thought about it.  Hold up, I'll find some pics I guess...

Old pic (4 years ago), super low crotch of pants, but can still walk over fine.

8" tall bars, with an extra 1" of spacers, 25" width...this is actually halfpack to hang 5/10.

Steam to wheelchair.  You can sort of see how the bike is angled.  It helps if you're able to roll the steam one handed, and the angle helps with locking it in to this position.

I hope I's any help.

I noticed you are doing an different steemroller. If you have the left foot on the peg, then it's easier to hold the seat with the left hand and bars with the right. It's just harder how you are doing.
When I learned I did them from crosshanded stems, but then I realized that it's much easier from regular ones.

Switch hand steams are on my list of tricks that I still need to learn. I can't hold it at all. I was hanging out with Mr. Frost and he was showing me the significance of learning it. That is the way many rider use to ride out. I have my work cut out for me. I was hoping to have it completed by 12 weeks but I can see it may take a bit longer if I need to learn the switch handed steam. I will not give up.....no matter how long it takes.

Thanks Ondo!!
