which of the brake arms, is the cable  anchored to?
does it slide straight thru both brake arms and back into the headtube
with out it being anchored to either brake arm?

yeah its anchored at the lever not the brake arm
you mean the ONLY anchored point is the lever?
the cable slides thru both arms freely?
how does it pull the brake then?

Everone seems to use a knarp.  Anyone use the luck bolt?  I think it will look streamline if you can cut the hexagon off and it should fit flush into the brake lever.
