32h hub to a 36h or 48h wheel?? is it possible?

thanks for the help guys the only reason im trying to replace just the rim is because im on a budget ..... i would love to build a new front wheel. i have a tantra complete and thats what it came with ,everything on the bike is  great minus the 165 crank arms i replaced with 145s, and the black wheels which really takes away from the braking power. im running dual fronts by the way.and about  the strength of the wheels they feel plenty strong for me i am 170 lbs roughly and i carve into some spins pretty hard and they feel solid.
