Any lever can do it. Its one single cable from one lever through your brakes and into the other lever. You need one odyssey cable knarp.
There used to be a site for the ''doppelganger,'' double goer [or gangbanger]
but I think its gone.

Quick search came up with this:
http://www.global-flat.com/smf/index.php?topic=589.0
http://www.gsportbmx.co.uk/custom/friends_bikes/jims%20brake/jims_brake.html
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/eastreetbmx/BIKETECH/doublefrein.html
Hope that helps you out some.
I looked into it a few months back but decided it just wasn't worth the effort.

All you need is one knarp. One end already has the original cable stop. Feed it throught the steerer tube, brakes and back up the steerer tube again and put the odyssey knarp on the other end. The knarps fit inside the levers. Even my local bike shop in Oz here stock knarps.
They are readily available from any shop that sells odyssey.
