Yeah, I also don't have anyone to ride with.  I live in Berea, KY during college and Flatwoods, KY in the summer.  No flat riders around.  I don't have a car to go looking for riders either... grrrr.  I feel trapped in this small neighborhood.  but whatever that's life.
