I don't know if its just me, or my diet... but those 5 hour energy shot things give me the sh*ts....
I don't know if im already taking in too much of those vitamins and adding more is just overload or what...
Redbull, monster, amp, and those other energy drinks don't do that to me... only those lil 5 hour energy shots in a tiny bottle...
As for those energy drinks working.... They do seem to work for me... I was up for 3 days when I drove to battle at the beach... I drank 2 22oz redbulls, a monster energy, and 2 cups of coffee... I left ohio at like 10pm and stayed up the whole drive to myrtle beach... then when we arived at 7:30am, I hopped on my bike and rode till they were ready to turn the lights off... then I had a hard time sleeping...
Don't over do it though... sleep deprivation, and caffeine jitters = crappy riding sessions....
