GOOD NEWS! i can c my front wheel through the compression bolt! i appreciate ur generocity tho(i cant spell 4 sh*t)

i still need a brake plate? huh? im confusdeded...how do i set up a front brake?

my forks have a front brake mount, i just duno how to set up a front brake now...

Okay, so you don't need the brake plate then.  You are good to go. 

1. slide the brakes on the mounts,
2. put the front cable through the top of your stem,
3. and out the bottom of the fork so the cable is facing the back of the fork,
4. wrap the cable around the side of the fork and connect it to the front brake. 
note: You may have to cut the outer cable to get it short enough.
